First Executive Director of Partnerships for Advancing Community Health
COLUMBUS, OH – Partnerships for Advancing Community Health (PACH) is proud to announce the appointment of Sarah Mills as its inaugural Executive Director, effective September 30, 2024. Mills, who most recently served as the CEO of Health Care Access Now (HCAN), brings extensive experience in addressing social determinants of health and leading community health initiatives that empower underserved populations.
Mills’ tenure at HCAN was marked by transformative leadership, driving substantial growth and enhancing services to improve health outcomes for vulnerable communities. As the first Executive Director of this newly established organization, Mills will lead PACH’s mission to promote interdisciplinary approaches to improving health outcomes. PACH aims to organize impactful community collaborations that empower Community Health Workers in their efforts to advocate for and address the social drivers of health. "I'm deeply honored to serve as the first Executive Director of PACH," Mills said. "This organization has the potential to reshape how we address health disparities by connecting key partners, convening resources, and creating systems change that drives long-lasting improvements in health equity."
PACH is excited to begin this new chapter with Mills at the helm and is confident that her leadership will set the foundation for long-term success.
